This is a birthday decoration setup with a black and gold theme, featuring a balloon garland and a neon sign. The backdrop is a shimmering black curtain, against which a neon sign glows with the words "Happy Birthday." Below the sign, large gold foil balloons spell out the name "AMIT."

The balloon decoration includes a half-arch garland of gold, black, and chrome balloons that frames the backdrop on the left and top. On the left side, there are also large gold foil number balloons, "3" and "3," indicating the age of 33. The decoration is completed with additional star-shaped foil balloons and a large foil balloon shaped like a champagne bottle on the right side. The overall aesthetic is festive and celebratory, suitable for a special birthday event.

1. More than 7 days before the event: Full refund; no cancellation fee.

2. 72 to 24 hours before the event: 90% refund will be issued.

3. 24 to 12 hours before the event: 50% refund will be issued.

4. Less than 12 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.

5. Special Dates (13th & 14th February, 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January): No refund will be provided for cancellations on these dates due to high demand (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year).

6. No refunds will be given if the customer refuses the delivery or execution of the event.

7. No refunds after decoration work has begun

8. In the case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be offered depending on the circumstances and the vendor agreement.
