Welcome to Decor by Little Loves. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings. By accessing our website, booking our balloon decoration services, or making a payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
 

• Company Information

Decor by Little Loves is an event planning and balloon decoration service provider operating in Ghaziabad and Delhi-NCR. We specialize in balloon decorations for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, corporate events, and other celebrations.
 

• Eligibility

By booking our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.

You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You are providing accurate and complete information when placing an order or booking.
 

• Services Offered

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Balloon decoration (arches, garlands, backdrops, centerpieces, etc.)

Customized balloon setups for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, and corporate events

Party add-ons such as play areas, bubble houses, and props (if requested)


All services are subject to availability and prior booking.
 

•  Booking & Confirmation

1. Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.

2. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment as per company policy.

3. Customers must provide accurate event details including date, time, venue, and theme preferences.

4. Decor by Little Loves reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings in case of incomplete information or unavailability of resources.
 

• Advance Payment & Pricing

1. Customers are required to pay a non-refundable advance amount (minimum ₹500 or as specified) at the time of booking.

2. The balance payment must be cleared before or on the event day, prior to the start of decoration.

3. Prices displayed on our website or communicated by our team are subject to change based on customization, travel, or special requirements.

4. All payments must be made via company-approved methods (UPI, QR code, bank transfer, or cash).
 

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations by Customer:
 

1. More than 7 days before the event: Full refund; no cancellation fee.

2. 72 to 24 hours before the event: 90% refund will be issued.

​

3. 24 to 12 hours before the event: 50% refund will be issued.

​

4. Less than 12 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.

​

5. Special Dates (13th & 14th February, 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January): No refund will be provided for cancellations on these dates due to high demand (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year).

6. No refunds will be given if the customer refuses the delivery or execution of the event.

7. No refunds after decoration work has begun

8. In the case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be offered depending on the circumstances and the vendor agreement.

2. Cancellations by Decor by Little Loves:

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., weather conditions, unavailability of materials, emergencies), customers will receive a full refund of the advance amount or will be offered a rescheduled date.

3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Event Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the venue is accessible for decoration setup at the scheduled time.

Adequate power supply, ladders, and permissions (if required) must be arranged by the customer.

Our decorators should be provided safe working conditions during installation and removal.

Any delay due to the venue being unavailable will not be the responsibility of Decor by Little Loves.
 

• Use of Balloons & Materials

Balloons are temporary decorative items and are not guaranteed to last beyond the event duration.

Environmental factors like heat, sharp objects, wind, or children’s handling may cause balloons to burst or deflate, for which Decor by Little Loves will not be responsible once the setup is complete.

Customers are encouraged to avoid placing balloon decorations in direct sunlight, near fans, or sharp edges.
 

• Customization & Design

Customers may request specific colors, themes, or styles, but final execution will depend on the availability of materials.

Pictures shown on our website or social media are for illustrative purposes only. The actual decoration may vary slightly due to balloon size, color shades, or venue conditions.

Any last-minute changes in design will be subject to additional charges.
 

• Liability & Damages

Decor by Little Loves will not be held responsible for:

Allergic reactions caused by balloons or related materials.

Injuries or accidents occurring after the decoration setup is handed over.

Damages caused to the decoration by guests, children, or environmental factors.

Customers are liable for any loss or damage to our props, stands, or equipment used during the event.
 

• Timings & Delays

Our team will arrive at the venue as per the agreed setup time.

Any delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance.

Customers must allow sufficient setup time (usually 1–3 hours depending on the decoration type).
 

• Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on the Decor by Little Loves website and social media are our intellectual property.

Customers may not use our photos for commercial purposes without permission.

We reserve the right to use event photographs of our decorations for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
 

• Privacy Policy

Customer information, including names, contact details, and addresses, will be used only for booking and communication purposes.

We will not share or sell your personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

 

• Force Majeure

Decor by Little Loves will not be liable for cancellations, delays, or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or pandemics.
 

• Indemnification

By booking our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decor by Little Loves, its employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your event or violation of these Terms.
 

• Amendments

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
 

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
