Our team works with complete dedication to provide you with the best event decor experience for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, corporate events, romantic setups, and more.
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes unexpected situations may arise. That’s why we have created a clear and transparent Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy to ensure that both our customers and our team have a fair and smooth experience. Please read this policy carefully before booking any service.

General Policy Overview
At Decor By Little Loves, we provide customized balloon decoration services, which include theme-based setups, home and banquet decorations, and on-site arrangements according to your booking requirements.
Since our services involve personalized decoration items, perishable balloons, and custom setups prepared on order, traditional returns like those for physical products are not possible. However, we have a flexible system in place to manage cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds under specific circumstances.
Our goal is to ensure that your experience with us remains positive and stress-free, even in case of any changes to your plans.

Service Nature
Our decorations are made-to-order and tailored according to your chosen theme, color preference, venue location, and event type. This includes:
Balloon and backdrop setups
Theme props and accessories
Personalized name boards, LED signage, or number stands
Delivery and on-site installation
Because each setup is handcrafted and customized, materials are procured and prepared in advance, often 1–3 days before the event date. Therefore, cancellation or refund requests must follow the timelines mentioned below.

3. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment (via online transfer, UPI, or other accepted payment modes).
Once payment is received, you will get a booking confirmation message or email from Decor By Little Loves with event details and time slot confirmation.
Our decorator or event coordinator will contact you within 24 hours to discuss theme details, balloon colors, and customization options.

Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so by contacting us directly through our official phone number, WhatsApp, or email.
Cancellation Timelines and Charges:
Cancellations by Customer:
1. More than 7 days before the event: Full refund; no cancellation fee.
2. 72 to 24 hours before the event: 90% refund will be issued.
3. 24 to 12 hours before the event: 50% refund will be issued.
4. Less than 12 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.
5. Special Dates (13th & 14th February, 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January): No refund will be provided for cancellations on these dates due to high demand (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year).
6. No refunds will be given if the customer refuses the delivery or execution of the event.
7. No refunds after decoration work has begun
8. In the case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be offered depending on the circumstances and the vendor agreement.

Rescheduling Policy
We always aim to accommodate your new event date if plans change.
You can reschedule your decoration up to 48 hours before the event without any extra charge.
For rescheduling less than 48 hours before the event, a rescheduling fee of ₹500–₹1000 may apply depending on your setup type and location.
The new date and time will depend on our team’s availability.
Rescheduled bookings must be availed within 30 days from the original booking date.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under valid cancellation or service-related issues as defined in this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds:
You may be eligible for a refund if:
Your decoration service was canceled by Decor By Little Loves due to unforeseen issues on our end (e.g., staff emergency, weather conditions, supply shortage).
The setup delivered was significantly different from what was promised (requires clear photo proof).
You made a payment but did not receive any confirmation or response within 24 hours.
Refunds Not Applicable For:
Change of mind after setup is completed.
Customer not available at the venue at the agreed time.
Venue restrictions or space limitations preventing setup.
Wrong information provided during booking (incorrect address, timing, or decoration size requirements).
Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the same payment method used during booking.
You will receive a confirmation message or email once the refund is initiated.
Decor By Little Loves is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway.

Quality Assurance
Our team ensures that all decorations are executed with high-quality balloons, materials, and professional finishing.
If you find any issue with your decoration upon delivery (e.g., damaged balloons, incomplete setup, or delay), please inform our team immediately at the time of installation. We will do our best to fix the issue on-site.
Any complaints received after the event or once the decoration has been used may not qualify for refunds or adjustments.

Event Day Protocols
The customer (or representative) must be present at the venue to guide our decorator regarding the setup area and placement.
The decoration team is not responsible for venue restrictions (like not allowing balloons, tape, ladders, or electrical items).
If our team reaches the venue and the customer is unavailable or entry is delayed beyond 30 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply.
Once the decoration is complete and approved by the customer, no refund or modification requests will be accepted.

Customization Policy
Since most of our decorations are personalized (name boards, LED lights, balloon colors, etc.), such items are non-refundable and non-returnable once prepared.
If customization details are provided incorrectly by the customer, Decor By Little Loves is not liable for refund or remake costs.

Force Majeure
Decor By Little Loves will not be held responsible for cancellation or delay in decoration due to events beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters (flood, earthquake, storm, heavy rain)
Sudden lockdowns, government restrictions, or curfews
Strikes, transport delays, or technical failures
In such cases, we will offer the option to reschedule the event to another suitable date.

Non-Returnable Items
Because we provide balloon decorations and party setups, the following items are non-returnable:
Balloons (air or helium-filled)
Customized props, names, and signage
Used decorative materials
Fresh flowers, LED lights, and theme accessories
Once used for the event, these items cannot be taken back or reused, hence no return will be accepted.

Customer Responsibilities
Provide correct event details (venue, time, theme, and contact number).
Ensure proper permission from the venue or society for balloon and decor setup.
Ensure safety of the decoration materials during the event duration.
Inform our team in advance if any restrictions apply (height limit, tape ban, etc.).
Make timely payments as per booking terms.
Failure to meet these conditions may affect the decoration setup and refund eligibility.

Refund for Technical Errors or Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment or technical issue occurs during online booking, please contact our support team with the payment reference and transaction ID.
Once verified, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days.

Partial Refund Cases
If a part of the service is completed and a portion remains undelivered due to our team’s fault, a partial refund may be considered.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the value of the incomplete work and at the sole discretion of Decor By Little Loves management.
