This is a birthday decoration featuring a black, silver, and gold color scheme. The central feature is a silver foil "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" balloon banner set against a backdrop of shimmering gold and black fringe curtains.

The decoration includes a large silver foil balloon display of the number "30," indicating a thirtieth birthday celebration. The room is adorned with numerous balloons in black, silver, and golden metallic finishes, arranged in an arch around the central banner and in pillars on either side. On the left, the balloon arch is composed of black, silver, and gold balloons, while on the right, a balloon pillar features a similar color combination topped with a black star-shaped foil balloon. 2. 72 to 24 hours before the event: 90% refund will be issued.

3. 24 to 12 hours before the event: 50% refund will be issued.

4. Less than 12 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.

5. Special Dates (13th & 14th February, 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January): No refund will be provided for cancellations on these dates due to high demand (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year).

6. No refunds will be given if the customer refuses the delivery or execution of the event.

7. No refunds after decoration work has begun

8. In the case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be offered depending on the circumstances and the vendor agreement.
