This complete setup includes a colorful, free-standing balloon garland, a professionally printed circus backdrop, and themed prop signs to create a truly immersive environment.

The striking combination of primary colors and festive elements provides a dynamic photo opportunity for guests and the birthday star. At Decor by Little Loves, we focus on delivering high-quality, meticulously designed balloon decorations that are sure to be the highlight of your event.
1. You have to provide a stool or Ladder to the decorator to place Balloons on the ceiling.

2. We use removable tapes from decorations.

3. The pictures we displayed here are of the original setup and the similar (depends on your location also) would be done at your place.

4. Some additional items might not be available for instant booking. Please do call us for confirmation.

5. Our service are available in Ghaziabad/Delhi-NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad. We are expanding our reach to more metro cities.

6. The Decoration will be best in condition up to 24 hours.

1. More than 7 days before the event: Full refund; no cancellation fee.

2. 72 to 24 hours before the event: 90% refund will be issued.

3. 24 to 12 hours before the event: 50% refund will be issued.

4. Less than 12 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.

5. Special Dates (13th & 14th February, 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January): No refund will be provided for cancellations on these dates due to high demand (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year).

6. No refunds will be given if the customer refuses the delivery or execution of the event.

7. No refunds after decoration work has begun

8. In the case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be offered depending on the circumstances and the vendor agreement.
