1. You have to provide a stool or Ladder to the decorator to place Balloons on the ceiling.

2. We use removable tapes from decorations.

3. The pictures we displayed here are of the original setup and the similar (depends on your location also) would be done at your place.

1. More than 7 days before the event: Full refund; no cancellation fee.

2. 72 to 24 hours before the event: 90% refund will be issued.

3. 24 to 12 hours before the event: 50% refund will be issued.

4. Less than 12 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.

5. Special Dates (13th & 14th February, 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January): No refund will be provided for cancellations on these dates due to high demand (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year).

6. No refunds will be given if the customer refuses the delivery or execution of the event.

8. In the case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be offered depending on the circumstances and the vendor agreement.
